  • Guest：Overall good experience. Room had good view facing the park side. Thanks to clear skies Mt Fuji was visible from the lobby.
  • Guest：Service was a bit lacking. My partner found his pyjamas hanging on the lamp shade after room service. Complain to the front desk didn’t yield much of a positive outcome. No doubt that the location is good and that we had the view of Tokyo tower (we paid good money for it). The service left much to be desired, especially compared to other previous hotel experience in Tokyo. Hope that this was a one time event.

  • Guest：サービスがとても良かったです。 夜にホテル内のバーを访れましたが、闭店ギリギリの时间にも関わらず、ご厚意で入店させていただき、対応もとても丁宁でした。 ロケーションを4点にした理由は、东京タワービューの部屋を予约しましたが、东京タワーの前にあるビルが少し邪魔に感じました。角の部屋からならタワーが全部见えるかもしれません。
